We dual extract our tincture first the mushrooms sit for 6 weeks in 80 proof alc. to break down cell walls that hold the medicines. After 6 weeks , the mushrooms are strained and then put into high heat distilled water to pull remaining properties. Our tincture contains 18-24%alc. Suggested serving 2-3mL.
